Workshop «Save the last dance for me»
To complement the performance of Save the last dance for me, dancers Gianmaria Borzillo and Giovanfrancesco Giannini are offering a workshop that brings the polka chinata to life. The workshop lasts around two hours, is free of charge and open to everyone. A time of sharing and closeness, the aim of which is not to become experts in the polka chinata, but to create a community and share the steps of this ancient dance with as many people as possible.

Two dancers dance an old Italian dance. Almost nobody knows this dance today. In the past, it was only ever danced by men. It is very fast and has lively turns.
